Celeste Borghese, B.Sc., (Hons Kin).
Celeste has always valued an active lifestyle, and learned the importance of health and fitness at an early age. As a young girl, she played on a highly competitive soccer team, and practiced several forms of dance for over ten years. In high school, she was part of the ski and snowboard club, Girls on the Run, as well as the school soccer team. These experiences, while forming her into a well-rounded athlete, also helped Celeste to develop the discipline that she is now known for instilling in her clients. Inspired by both her science and physical-education teachers, Celeste chose to pursue a career in Kinesiology, a field that would allow her to not only learn more about herself, but help others as well.
Celeste graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Bachelor of Applied science in Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness and Health promotion. Through volunteering and working at several health clinics over the past 5 years, Celeste has gained practical and hands on experience in various soft tissue techniques and therapeutic modalities. Eating healthy and taking a natural approach to health has always been a personal interest of Celeste’s and she enjoys sharing her passion with others. Celeste is currently a student at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and aspires to one day open her own practice as a Naturopathic Doctor. In the mean time she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and work towards a healthier lifestyle.
