Dr. Erica Arcuri, ND, BSc (Hons)
Erica Arcuri completed her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Prior to studying Naturopathic Medicine, she completed an honours degree in Psychology minoring in Biology and Chemistry at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Erica’s strong scientific background and free-spirited nature serve as an excellent foundation for a focus on naturopathic evidence-based patient care. She has experience treating patients at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC), Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic at the William Osler Hospital and the Queen West Community Health Centre.
Erica strives to know her patients on a personal and individual level. Her goal is to help patients avoid extreme treatments and find their own balance in a healthy lifestyle. She is an advocate for the power of movement (whether it be walking, running, hiking, biking, or dancing!), healthy eating, and a healthy mind-body connection. As one piece of each patient’s health team, Erica hopes to create a non-judgemental environment where patients can feel empowered to restore their health naturally!
Erica has a particular interest in hormonal imbalances, skin conditions, digestive concerns and weight loss, women’s health and mental health. She has been trained in botanical medicine, nutritional therapies, traditional chinese medicine (including acupuncture) and lifestyle counselling. She is an active member, in good standing, with the College of Naturopaths Ontario (CONO). She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
